2. Intellectual Property

All original content, features, and technical architecture generated by Albyto remain the intellectual property of Albyto until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers entirely as outlined in your specific project agreement.

3. Limitation of Liability

While we build systems with zero-compromise technical precision, Albyto shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our deliverables.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
